今天是2021年的元旦，咖啡哥和家人到位於高雄火車站前中山路上的Double Veggie蔬食百匯餐廳：捷絲旅站前店，去享用全蔬食的百匯自助餐。我們是中午去用餐，其實客人也是蠻多的，用餐時間規定是1個半小時，餐廳的用餐環境很不錯，食物也很美味，種類也很多樣化。只是飲料部分就有些弱了，果汁種類不夠多，對於喜歡蔬食果汁類的客人來講，他們家的飲品就比較普通，但是其他食物部分則不錯。
Today is New Year’s Day of 2021. Coffee Brother and his family went to the Double Veggie Vegetable Parkway Restaurant on Zhongshan Road in front of Kaohsiung Railway Station: Just in front of the station, to enjoy the all-vegetable Parkway Buffet. We went to dine at noon. In fact, there are quite a lot of guests. The dining time is one and a half hours. The dining environment in the restaurant is very good, the food is delicious, and the variety is very diverse. Only the beverage part is a bit weak, and there are not enough types of juice. For guests who like vegetable juices, their drinks are relatively ordinary, but other food parts are good.
「Double Veggie 」蔬食百匯餐廳，主打著天然、新鮮、健康的食材，並且所選的蔬果都很新鮮，烹飪上有其獨特的風味。料理上也結合異國風味，運用南洋的調味與義式香料的特性，搭配當令蔬果農產食材，變化出多道異國創意菜色。且提供五辛素、蛋奶素等無負擔的蔬食創意健康料理。是值得一去再去的餐廳，而且價格也很中肯。
“Double Veggie” Vegetable Parkway Restaurant focuses on natural, fresh, and healthy ingredients, and the selected fruits and vegetables are fresh, with unique flavors in cooking. The cuisine is also combined with exotic flavors, using Nanyang seasoning and the characteristics of Italian spices, combined with seasonal vegetables and fruits and agricultural ingredients, to create a variety of exotic creative dishes. It also provides creative and healthy dishes with no burdens such as Wuxin, Ovo-Lacto, and so on. It’s a restaurant worth visiting again, and the price is very reasonable.
