這幾天全台灣籠罩在低溫的天候裡，花蓮地區亦非常的寒冷，晚上朋友建議去吃點熱熱的魷魚羹來解解饞。在花蓮咖啡哥吃過很好吃的魷魚羹，是位於花蓮縣吉安鄉的「東北海魷魚羹」，但由於今晚氣溫蠻低的，所以不想跑太遠，因此朋友建議就近在花蓮市區吃另一家也很美味的「遠東花蓮鱿魚羹」。

為什麼叫「遠東花蓮魷魚羹」呢？就是因為這家店原本開在花蓮的遠東百貨旁邊，所以就叫做「遠東花蓮魷魚羹」。

今晚我們叫了魷魚羹米粉及肉羹米粉，另外也叫了兩碟小菜。小菜蠻可口的，但其他地方也可以吃到同樣的口味，比較沒有特色；但是魷魚羹及肉羹就很不錯，魷魚非常的脆、肉羹的肉質也非常的扎實，他們家的羹湯味道調得非常的濃郁，記得吃的時候要加點烏醋，可以把羹湯的鮮帶出來。

另外這家店非常的乾淨，室內的擺設及廚房都非常乾淨、整潔，可見店家對環境衛生非常的注重，如果來花蓮市可以來這家店品嚐一下。對了，這裡離東大門夜市很近，未來香榭大道完工後，可以從店門口直接走到東大門去，非常的便捷。
